They are water falls that you get to from Sundance. There is a couple trails that will take you there. One way is to ride the ski lifts up and then hike over. I love that way because you get to enjoy the view. Sundance looks so different in the summer time. It is so beautiful! when we were done with the hike we had to refuel with drinks and of course suckers at the Sundance store. We weren’t ready to end our day so we headed to parkcity to slide on the alpine slides! Then we stoped at Granny’s in Heber for hamburgers and shakes! what a fun day.

The ski lift up the mountain. Shantell is afraid of heights so it was fun to sit behind them and make the seat jump up and down. :)

Av started the hike with straight hair, and after the water falls, came back with curly hair. WOW! I told her not everyone can do that.

Who needs a backyard anyway?

img_3530.jpgimg_3531.jpgimg_3535.jpgimg_3536.jpgimg_3542.jpgimg_3541.jpgimg_3536.jpgimg_3533.jpgThe kids have taken over the backyard and made it into a make shift baseball diamond. All summer, everyday and every night kids from everywhere are out playing whiffle ball. I’m not kidding. Even in 100 degree weather. I might as well just rip out all the lawn and everything and put in a baseball diamond. They have worn the grass down to nothing but dirt, they don’t even need to mark the bases any more.  Do i like having dead spots all over in my lawn? No, but its just grass, it will grow back, right? At least they havent broke any windows yet…… Its like watching the movie, The Sand Lot. I LOVE IT. Can you ever get enough baseball? Play ball!

Reese’s baseball team played for ST and ND place last Tues night. They played so hard! We thought for sure we had the game. They lost by 1 point. 10-9. Reese also had the best coaches! Dad, Grandpa, and buddy Brent.  A big thanks to Robert and Lydia Hernandez for bringing their snow cone machine for snow cones after the big game. Another thanks to team mom, Suki Rees for decorating the dug out. Thanks to all! We will see you all again soon at state!
